As we enter cold and flu season, we understand that illness may be avoidable; however, we ask that you please give us 48 hours’ notice before a cancelled appointment so that we may fill your vacancy. To protect our hardworking stylists and our business, we will be implementing a $50 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
